At Creative Pluto, we specialize in providing high-quality digital products. As such, there is no physical shipment involved. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your product(s) instantly.

Delivery Details:
     Instant Access: Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link for your digital product(s).
    Email Delivery: The email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly to avoid delays.

Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once the product has been downloaded. However, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will handle any issues on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds:
    Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:-
        There was an error in the file that we cannot resolve.
        Duplicate purchase was made by mistake.
